Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice and supersede any previous price lists or quotations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Selection of Products
Suitable selection of tiles, colours, finishes, sizes, slip ratings, and quantities is the responsibility of the purchaser. Samples and showroom displays are indicative only, and natural shade and colour variations may occur between batches.
Inspection of Goods
Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt and prior to installation. No claims will be accepted for visible defects, damages, incorrect quantities, or shade variations after tiles have been installed or fixed.
Delivery & Risk
Goods are at the purchaser’s risk once they leave the EZY Tiling warehouse/store, including during transit and upon delivery to site or any nominated address. Delivery dates provided are estimates only.
Returns & Credits
Returns or credits may only be accepted under the following conditions:
Goods must be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
Tiles must be in original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition.
Only full boxes of current stocked items will be accepted.
No returns or exchanges on clearance items, discontinued lines, special orders, spare parts, or accessories.
Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
A handling/restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds or credits will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect selection, excess quantities ordered, or products no longer required.
Shade & Size Variation
Ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone products may vary in shade, texture, print pattern, and size. Such variations are considered normal industry characteristics and are not grounds for claims.
Protection After Installation
Appropriate protective measures should be taken after installation to prevent damage from other trades, foreign materials, construction traffic, or improper cleaning.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Products should only be cleaned using non-acidic, mild cleaning products and soft materials. EZY Tiling accepts no responsibility for damage caused by harsh chemicals, acids, abrasive cleaners, or improper maintenance.
Wet Area Maintenance
Products installed in wet or humid areas must be regularly cleaned and maintained to prevent grime build-up, rusting, staining, or moisture-related damage.
Warranty Limitations
Any applicable warranty covers the product only and does not include labour, removal, reinstallation, transport, accommodation, delay costs, or any consequential damages.
Claims & Defects
Any defects, shortages, or damages must be reported in writing within 5 days of purchase or delivery. EZY Tiling reserves the right to inspect any product subject to a warranty or defect claim before approving any remedy.
Natural Characteristics
No tiles are guaranteed against crazing, surface wear, or natural ageing characteristics where these occur through normal use or environmental conditions.
Storage of Goods
Purchased goods may only be stored by EZY Tiling for a maximum period of 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be forfeited for uncollected goods after this period.
Limitation of Liability
EZY Tiling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including installation costs, project delays, or damages resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
Acceptance of Terms
Purchase of goods from EZY Tiling constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Sale.
